She is a firm believer that our body's systems (muscular, skeletal, nervous, etc.) work in unison with each other. In practice, she is known for stressing the importance of physical activity and the benefits of cardiovascular exercise to minimize risk of eye diseases such as glaucoma. The eyes are not an isolated organ within the nervous system but rather it functions with other organs to support the nervous system. For optimal vision and eye health, it is important to maintain overall body health.
